After graduating from college John was a college instructor and coached basketball at the collegiate level before pursuing his passion for business and sales. For the past 20+ years John has been an industry leader in sales and Management in the Spokane community. Claudia is an agent with Keller Williams International Realty’s (KWRI) Legacy Group in Spokane, Washington and Operating Principal (OP) at the Coral Gables-Coconut Grove office. She arrived in the U.S. from Colombia in 2003, alone and did not speak a word of English. Within five years, Claudia built a successful Team in Spokane. She moved to the Miami area in 2013 and became the new Operating Partner for the Coral Gables and Coconut Grove Market Center. Within three years, the market center grew to more than 350 agents. Because of her persistence, courage and determination in reaching the “American dream", in 2016, Claudia became the first woman ever to reach the number-one spot on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 list and continues being in the Top 3 Latino team leaders for such organization. Also, Claudia leads the expansion of KW into Colombia, bringing the franchise to the country in September 2017, and by the end of 2018 having 6 market centers opened and over 300 agents, making it the largest sales force in the country.

Seth lives in north Spokane with his family and has been a proud resident of the area since 2002. In his 15+ years as a broker, he has sold well over $120 million in real estate, an achievement which has earned him recognition as one of the top agents in Spokane. He is currently the Managing Broker at the Legacy Group, and his skills in negotiation and ability to build strong relationships with his clients have propelled him to his success. He is committed to excellence and hard work, values he learned growing up on his family farm in Minnesota. In his personal time, Seth volunteers within the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and coaches youth basketball. He is also an avid outdoorsman and looks forward to any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with his family.
